- Select your CLOSEST POINT location (If necessary, search for the destination address on Google first to help select your closest point)

- MANDATORY write the FULL delivery ADDRESS in the "notes address" column

PACKAGING TIME

- INSTANT GOJEK GRAB will be processed no later than 1-2 hours after the order is received.

SHIPPING COST

- Gojek Grab Instant is measured by KM from the place of delivery of goods.

- Whip Pink is not responsible for losses/additions/double postage costs that must be paid, if there is an error in the delivery address and cellphone number that the buyer has written.

CONFIRMATION AND DELIVERY RECIPE

Confirmation of delivery of the expedition receipt number can be provided no sooner than 1 day after the order is picked up. Contact the WA admin of the branch you ordered to get a receipt number that can be tracked via the expedition website or other delivery websites.

PACKAGE LEAKED AND DAMAGED

- Please send the video and photos to our WhatsApp admin.

EXCHANGE OF GOODS

- If there is an error in selecting drinks in an order that has been paid for by the buyer, the drinks cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.

- Items must be checked with uninterrupted video unboxing
